PAG Gold Trade Facilitation was established to address these challenges through governance, compliance, transaction discipline and structured facilitation.

Operating within the Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) Ecosystem, the platform assists qualified participants in navigating the commercial, legal, compliance, documentation and operational requirements associated with institutional gold transactions.

Our role is not to act as a gold dealer, bullion merchant, trader, refinery, logistics provider, vault operator or commodity exchange.

Our role is to provide a governance-led facilitation framework that supports qualified parties in engaging more responsibly, transparently and effectively.

Gold remains one of the most recognised stores of value in human history and continues to play a critical role in international trade, central bank reserves, wealth preservation, industrial applications and institutional investment portfolios.

Yet despite its importance, the international gold market remains one of the most fragmented, misunderstood and risk-sensitive sectors globally.

Legitimate buyers struggle to identify credible sellers.

Legitimate sellers struggle to identify qualified buyers.

Refineries receive approaches from unverified parties.

Financial institutions remain cautious due to anti-money laundering obligations.

Intermediaries frequently face commission disputes, circumvention risks and credibility challenges.

At the same time, fraudulent gold offers, fake assay reports, counterfeit refinery documentation, fabricated proof-of-funds documents, smuggled gold and unverified supply chains continue to create significant risks for serious market participants.

PAG Gold Trade Facilitation exists to bring structure, accountability and credibility to an industry often affected by unverified sellers, unqualified buyers, excessive intermediary chains, fraudulent documentation, source-of-gold concerns and compliance failures.

By applying the PAG Gateway and Gatekeeper model, every opportunity entering the PAG Ecosystem is subjected to structured commercial screening, compliance review and transaction governance before escalation.

This approach protects buyers, sellers, refiners, logistics providers, intermediaries and the PAG Ecosystem itself from unnecessary exposure.

Three Pillars of Transaction Discipline

Operating under the Pacific Alliance Group Ecosystem, we replace speculative trading with structured, compliance-sensitive protocols.

Governance First Approach

PAiC - The Gateway

ZMA - The Gatekeeper

Every opportunity entering the PAG Ecosystem must first satisfy governance and compliance requirements before commercial escalation.

This protects all stakeholders and encourages responsible participation.

Pacific Alliance International Consulting (PAiC) serves as the official Gateway into the PAG Ecosystem.

PAiC manages relationship development, opportunity origination, preliminary screening and transaction coordination.

Zarif Menon & Associates (ZMA) serves as the principal compliance and due diligence authority within the PAG Ecosystem.

All gold transactions are subject to review under the ZMA-DD-001 framework and the Gold Trade Facilitation Protocol (GTFP).

Call To Action

For qualified gold buyers, gold sellers, miners, refiners, vault operators, logistics providers, institutional investors and strategic intermediaries seeking structured gold transaction facilitation, please submit your opportunity through PAiC for initial review.

No opportunity will be escalated without satisfactory compliance review under the PAG governance framework.

Institutional Facilitation, Not Gold Trading

PAG Gold Trade Facilitation does not buy, sell, own, store, transport or guarantee gold.

The platform supports qualified parties through governance, compliance, due diligence, documentation review, transaction structuring and facilitation.
